*In the event that the total number of tickets sold for a competition does not meet the minimum threshold required to award the advertised prize, Overland Competitions reserves the right to substitute the prize with a cash alternative. The cash alternative amount will be calculated proportionally and transparently, based on 75% of the total number of tickets sold at the time the competition closes.

Overland Competitions will always ensure that any cash alternative offered is fair and reflective of the funds generated through ticket sales. By entering any competition, participants acknowledge and accept that a cash alternative may be offered in place of the advertised prize under these circumstances.
