1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Participant”, “you”, “your” refers to any person who enters a raffle via the Website.

  • “Raffle” means any prize draw, competition, or raffle promoted on the Website.

  • “Ticket” means an entry purchased for a Raffle.

  • “Prize” means any item, service, or cash alternative offered as part of a Raffle.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website, purchasing a Ticket, or participating in a Raffle, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not enter any Raffle.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to enter any Raffle.
3.2 By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.3 We reserve the right to require proof of age and identity at any time.
3.4 We may refuse entry or disqualify any Participant at our sole discretion.

4. Entry and Payment

4.1 All Tickets must be purchased through the Website using WooCommerce.
4.2 Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or process card details directly.
4.3 A Ticket is only valid once full payment has been successfully received.
4.4 Failed, reversed, or cancelled payments will result in invalid entry.
4.5 Each Ticket represents one entry unless otherwise stated.

5. Ticket Prices and Raffle Details

5.1 Ticket prices, maximum entries, minimum entry requirements, prizes, and draw dates will be stated on the relevant Raffle page.
5.2 All Raffles are subject to change, including but not limited to:

  • Ticket price

  • Maximum number of Tickets

  • Minimum number of Tickets required

  • Raffle end date or draw date

5.3 Any changes will be updated on the Website and will not invalidate Tickets already purchased unless required by law or unavoidable operational circumstances.

6. Minimum Ticket Threshold

6.1 Each Raffle is subject to a minimum number of Tickets being sold.
6.2 If the minimum threshold is not met by the stated end date, we reserve the right to:

  • Extend the Raffle duration

  • Adjust the Prize

  • Substitute the Prize

  • Offer a cash alternative

  • Cancel the Raffle

6.3 Participants will be notified of any such action via the Website or email where appropriate.

7. Draws and Winner Selection

7.1 Draws will only take place once the minimum Ticket requirement has been met.
7.2 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries using a fair and unbiased method.
7.3 The Operator’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.4 Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at checkout.

8. No Winner and Cash Alternative

8.1 If a draw is completed and:

  • No valid winner can be determined, or

  • The Prize cannot reasonably be awarded,

we reserve the right to offer a cash prize alternative.

8.2 The cash alternative amount will be clearly stated or communicated.
8.3 Cash alternatives will only be offered where expressly stated or where circumstances make the original Prize impractical or impossible to deliver.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

9.1 All Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
9.2 Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A Raffle is cancelled, or

  • A refund is required under UK consumer law

9.3 Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.

10. Prizes and Delivery

10.1 Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as stated in these Terms.
10.2 Physical prizes will normally be delivered to UK addresses only unless otherwise specified.
10.3 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
10.4 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party couriers or suppliers.
10.5 Any taxes, insurance, or additional costs not expressly stated are the responsibility of the winner.

11. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any Participant if we reasonably believe that they:

  • Have breached these Terms and Conditions

  • Have provided false or misleading information

  • Have attempted to manipulate or abuse the Raffle system

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 We accept no liability for:

  • Technical failures

  • Website downtime

  • Payment processing issues beyond our control

  • Lost or delayed entries

12.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

13. Data Protection

13.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
13.2 Data is used solely for administering Raffles, contacting winners, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
